Initial Disclosure Document for SSE Vehicle Management Ltd t/a Leasehub
As part of the financial services industry, SSE Vehicle Management Ltd is required by the Financial Conduct Authority (who regulate our industry in the UK) to provide you with an ‘Initial Disclosure Document’ to help you decide whether our services are suitable for you, to let you know more about how we make our money and what to do if you have any concerns or complaints.
Who are we?
SSE Vehicle Management Ltd is a limited company, registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is Unit 1 The Dairy, Back Lane Farm, St Kenelms Road, Romsley, Worcestershire, B62 0PG. We are a credit broker and not a lender, which means we can introduce you to a limited number of finance providers, and they may pay us a commission to do this. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Our ‘Financial Conduct Reference Number’ is 777159. You can verify this by contacting the FCA on 0800 111 6768 or by viewing their online register at www.fca.org.uk. We are also a leasing broker member of the British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association; our membership number is 7946.
What products do we offer?
We offer a range of vehicle leasing facilities using a panel of carefully selected lenders and funders. In some instances, we also receive a commission from these lenders. We will only quote you on Contract Hire, Personal Contract Hire, Finance Lease, Personal Contract Purchase or Hire Purchase.
What services do we provide?
We will provide you with general information about our finance products and answer any questions you might have, and we will send you quotations based on the rates offered by our selected panel of finance providers. Throughout this process, we will ask for information regarding your personal circumstances and objectives, to help us identify your needs. It’s really important you provide us with accurate information to help us narrow down the information and offers we send you.
What will you have to pay us for our service?
We charge an administration fee for our service which will be detailed on your quotation forms and on the information notice provided to you. This is payable when you place your order with us, after your application for finance has been approved. We do not charge you to apply for a credit line with our lenders. We will send you a separate ‘Information Notice’ with your order form to make sure you are aware of this.
If you cancel your order after your order has been confirmed by us, you will have to pay a cancellation fee plus any costs passed on to us by the supplying dealership. The cancellation fee amount will be specified on the information notice provided to you.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
Throughout the process of obtaining finance for you, we will need to collect personal information from you. We work with a with a panel of funders, funding partners and franchise dealerships to create our offers, and we will need to share your information with them for the purposes of approving your credit application, ordering your new vehicle and arranging your delivery.
We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office for the purposes of Data Protection and we will not sell your information on; our registered number is ZA223060.
What to do if you have a complaint
SSE Vehicle Management Limited t/a Leasehub treats complaints as an opportunity to learn and improve for the future, as well as a chance to put things right for the person or organisation that has made the complaint. Please refer to our complaints policy if you have a complaint.
