SEAT are asking the public to name their upcoming SUV being released in 2018. A wise decision? To be decided. It’s certainly catching our imagination. To the disapproval of some Twitterers, SEAT have come up with some rules if you want your idea to be adopted.
Firstly, and perhaps disappointingly, the name cannot be rude. Obviously, the names that’ll get the most traction from the public are the ones least likely to be used as they fall waaaaay short of this. A good example from Twitter below.
Second rule is that it must be named after a special Spanish place to emphasise the pride in their Spanish identity. Check out the video below for some inspiration.
We’re struggling to come up with any serious suggestions that could be stuck on the SUV’s new rear end, but if epiphany strikes you, enter your suggestion by clicking the linked image below or use the hashtag #SEATSeekingName on social media. If you’ve got a good one, comment on our Facebook post so we can all enjoy it on Monday.
Like SEAT but don’t want to wait until 2018 for this unnamed crossover? We have some offers you’re going to want to see…
